Online reports can be customized to meet your needs. Administrators are provided with special login and password identification that allows them to view all purchase and inventory activity.
The basic fee structure covers the development of four types of reports:
- Inventory summary – shows the quantity and value of all items currently in inventory. Inventory levels are provided in real time and change as each order is processed. The inventory report shows a breakdown of each item in inventory with a subtotal of its value and a total of all inventories.
- Release order summary – shows the amount purchased by each individual users within a specified reporting period.
- Release order details report – shows individual product orders within a specified reporting period.
- Provincial release order summary – shows the breakdown of order totals (value, taxes paid) by province within a specified reporting period.
Design of these reports includes customization of how the information is displayed.
