JF Moore upgrades Pre-Press Platform
JFM is pleased to announce that they have recently chosen to upgrade their entire Prinect PrintReady platform with the latest Heidelberg Prinect PrintReady solution.
The upgrade utilizes the Dell Power Edge T620 server platform. This is Dell’s fastest system to date to run the Prinect PrintReady system, using 64 bit technology with a 2 Terabyte fully redundant and secure server platform. This investment consolidates three servers into one while improving on file processing and complex transparencies within PDF files and In-design 6.0 and higher versions of the software.
Pre-Media Manager, Dave Cochrane, is very impressed with the new system’s capabilities and said “this investment not only puts us at the forefront of the pre-press technology curve but is delivering immediate benefits for our customers through improved turnaround times on proofs and plates. As always, it simplifies what we do and has accelerated all prepress tasks, since the Prinect upgrade we are running much more efficiently from start to finish and maximizes our level of automation”.
JFM has made a number of significant technology investments to streamline workflows and automate processes to provide customers with the Graphic Arts and Communications solutions that improve quality of output, time to market and improve business profits through highly focused One to One Print and digital communications.
